ph36t's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph36t platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph36t account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph36t does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph36t is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond ph36t's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph36t's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ph36t reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the ph36t platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may close your ph36t account at any time by contacting ph36t support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the ph36t platform is immediately revoked.
